About Me

Welcome! I am Rebecca. As a counsellor at The Women’s Centre and mother of two, my heart is deeply invested in supporting women on their healing journeys. My path began in beauty therapy, helping women feel confident in their skin, but my true calling led me to counselling and what lies deeper. This is where I felt I could help nurture not just the outer self, but the inner heart and soul.

Originally from London, I grew up alongside foster siblings and social workers, witnessing firsthand the impact of trauma, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. These experiences deeply shaped my belief in the power of safe, supportive relationships and the profound need for spaces where women can reclaim their voices and their self worth. I understand how vital it is to be seen, heard, and held with compassion, especially for those who have endured pain in the very places they should have felt safest.

I specialise in working with women offering a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. I honor your unique story through narrative therapy and create a space where you can explore, process, and reclaim your strength. Whether you’re navigating trauma, loss, relational challenges, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, I am here to walk beside you gently, patiently, and with unwavering support.

Your story matters. Your healing is possible. And you don’t have to do it alone.
